What may be written, photographed and uploaded on Musuwo, and how to report what should not be.
What this covers
Everything people put into Musuwo: product photographs and descriptions, business names, logos and banners, service and accommodation listings, reviews, profiles and messages.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading it you give Musuwo permission to store and display it as part of running the service - nothing more.
You must have the right to upload it. A photograph taken from another shop's page, or from a manufacturer's site, is not yours to use.
Not allowed
Somebody else's work passed off as yours - photographs, descriptions, logos, brand names.
Counterfeit and fraudulent listings, including items you do not have.
Illegal content of any kind.
Abuse - threats, harassment, and attacks on people for who they are.
Sexually exploitative content, and anything involving children.
Other people's personal details - a phone number, an address or a photograph of somebody who has not agreed to it.
Fake reviews. Reviewing your own business, paying for reviews, or attacking a competitor's listing. Reviews should come from real experience.
Misleading claims - invented discounts, invented scarcity, or promises about a product you cannot support.
Reviews
If reviews are available to you:
- Write about what actually happened.
- Do not review your own business, or arrange for others to.
- A merchant may reply to a review. A merchant may not have an honest review
removed for being unfavourable.
Reporting
Report a listing, a business or a review from its page, or write to support@musuwo.online. Say what is wrong and, where you can, include evidence.
Reports are reviewed by a person, the decision is recorded, and the merchant is told when something of theirs is removed.
If you break these rules
Depending on what happened: the content is removed; repeated problems suspend an account; serious cases end it. Illegal content is reported to the authorities.
Where it is reasonable, you will be told what happened and can respond.
